SIKOPLING is a digital public service platform designed to facilitate interactive environmental approval and consultation processes between government institutions, stakeholders, and the public. The system aims to improve transparency, accessibility, and efficiency in environmental permit submissions and approval workflows through a modern web-based interface.
Problem to Solve
Build a modern civic-tech web application that streamlines environmental approval services by enabling digital submissions, interactive consultation flows, status tracking, and transparent communication between applicants and related agencies.
Solution Approach
Developed a responsive web-based platform using Svelte to provide a fast and modern user experience for environmental service workflows. The application was designed around core public-service processes including environmental document submission, application status monitoring, approval pipeline visualization, and interactive consultation interfaces that support communication between citizens, organizations, and government administrators.
Impact
Produced a practical e-government prototype that demonstrates how digital transformation can improve public access to environmental services, reduce administrative friction, and promote transparency in environmental approval processes.
